Job Description / Responsibility:
Pre-sales and Post Sales of Products – Autodesk, Adobe, Vray and others
Demonstrating and Training on Autodesk & Adobe Products at corporate level, seminars and events
Installation and Licensing of products like Autodesk, Adobe, Vray, Corel, and various plugin
Troubleshooting issues relating to Installation, Licensing and Working of Software
Customer Support (Physical Visit, Remote Access and/or Over the Phone)
Any other Technical support to clients as required
Additional Job Requirements:
Need to understand Hardware and Software functionality
Should be willing to visit client site for Demo/Training and sorting their queries, as and when required
Able to face challenging issues and troubleshoot them. Must have Strong problem solving skills.
Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English
Support Sales Team in achieving the set Target
