1. LINE PRODUCER
DESCRIPTION
The Line Producer is a key member of the production team. You manage the budget, the day-to-day cinematic pipeline of the production.
You are involved in transforming the screenplay into a production plan, suggesting practical solutions and work splits between executive producer, creating the detailed overall production schedule, accurately estimating production costs in detail and scoping co-producer tasks and corresponding production budgets.
During pre-production, you work closely with the Directors, the executive producer , Art Director, CG sup and Heads of Department to manage planned-vs-actual schedules & budgets over time, including hiring the production crew, configuring the digital asset management system, and oversee all other pre-production activities.
During production, you are ultimately responsible for overseeing all activities, and for ensuring that the production is completed on time and within budget.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide and frequently adapt a detailed plan for the delivery of a project to the executive producer supervisors;
• Plan facility resources to create an effective approach to CG work;
• Create a detailed short to medium term plan for supervisors and executing artists;
• Ensure the team understands the goals and deadlines for sequences, R&D projects etc;
• Work with the supervisors to ensure the schedule of work is on track and meeting quality expectations;
• Provide and frequently adapt a detailed plan for the delivery of a project to the executive producer;

2. 3D Artist/3D Modeler
Job Description: 
THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Interpret drawings and verbal instructions into 3D models and prototypes that meet all technological and aesthetic standards using a combination of hand modeling techniques and the 3D software Zbrush.
• Produce precise models from 2D artwork and see them through from start to finish.
• Ability to solve complex designs by developing and implementing 3D solutions for designers.
• Intuitive understanding of 3D visualization and the ability to sense scale and materials.
• Work in close collaboration with creative designers.
• Maintain project deadlines.
• Be able to provide guidance to other modelers.
• Research design and 3D modeling technology by attending industry tradeshows.
THE QUALIFIERS
• 2-3 years of 3D modeling (Zbrush+Maya) experience.
• Knowledge of Photoshop a plus

3. 3D Texture Artist
Job Description: 
THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Exceptional Texture creation ability; hand-painted textures is a plus.
• Good Analytic eye for volumes, shapes, proportions, detail distribution, color & materials composition.
• Able to work from photo reference or concept art when available, as well as ability to provide their own.
• Intuitive understanding of 3D visualization and the ability to sense scale and materials.
• Work in close collaboration with creative designers.
• Maintain project deadlines.
• Be able to provide guidance to other texture artists.
• Research design and 3D texture technology by attending industry tradeshows.
THE QUALIFIERS
• 2-3 years of generating textures
• Highly proficient in Maya & Photoshop (Bodypaint & Zbrush highly recommended)
• Knowledge of traditional texturing techniques.
• Highly creative as well as technical and problem solving.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, materials, and manufacturing principles a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of creating assets within a Physically Based Rendering/Shader system.
• Strong traditional art or crafting skills.

4. 3D Artist/3D Rigging Artist
Job Description:
THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Create highly versatile character rigging systems and interfaces for the execution of specific CG animation projects.
• Define the rig requirements and maintenance of all 3D characters throughout the animation process.
• Ability to rig different styles of characters using both deformable and non-deformable rigging.
• Knowledge of constraints and hierarchal constraints.
• Work in close collaboration with animators and creative members.
• Maintain project deadlines.
• Expert understanding of forward and inverse kinematics.
• Research design and 3D technology by attending industry tradeshows.
THE QUALIFIERS
• 2-3 years of experience in Character/Creature Rigging in Maya
• Experience in modeling and a strong understanding of animation principles.
• Knowledge of traditional rigging techniques.
• Ability to create new rigging tools through scripting is a plus.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, materials, and manufacturing principles a plus.
