Job Description
This is a key management and sales position. You will work closely with the CEO and Creative Director in shaping the direction of the company. You will network, develop relationships with, follow up with, and engage new and existing clients. You will be expected to represent the company in conferences and trade events and create new relationships with partners and clients around the world. You will be involved in the marketing efforts of the company. You will need to create cost proposals and project timelines. You will work closely with the management to brainstorm new ideas and track and coordinate fast paced and interesting projects. You will have a lot of potential to grow with the company.
Responsibilities
Lead Sales & Business Development member in the company
Create, develop, maintain, and engage relationships with new and existing customers
Finalise deals with clients
Create cost proposals and project timelines
Represent the company at relevant events
Assist the marketing efforts of the company
Requirements
Relevant experience in the animation & VFX industry (min 4-7 years)
Strong understanding of the 3D and 2D animation pipelines
Network of potential clients
Understanding of social media and digital marketing
Very strong language skills (verbal and written)

2.3D Animation Artist

Job Description
We are looking to hire a talented 3D animation artist, preferably with a specialisation in or vast relevant experience in character animation. You should have worked on and delivered high quality work in projects with reputed clients or on acclaimed work. Experience in advertising related projects is ideal. Should be able to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment to deliver projects in short delivery timelines. You will have the freedom and choice to explore different styles and types of animation due to a variety of unique projects. You will work closely with a specialised creative team with many years of experience in the field. You should have a keen interest in the field and constantly be able to suggest and try new styles and techniques and be up to date with the latest trends and software.
Responsibilities
Lead/ key 3D animator
Primarily work on 3D character animation
Work in a fast paced environment on projects with short deadlines
Assist in creating animation production timelines
Requirements
Complete and strong knowledge of Autodesk Maya
Credible and relevant character animation experience
Good knowledge of anatomy and organic motion
Good knowledge of rigging to detail specifications to Rigging artists
Keen interest and knowledge
3-4 years of relevant experience
