 0-6 months of experience Hands on Skills with graphics tools: Photoshop, Corel ,Illustrator
Create web mockups/templates/logos/banners based on the requirements
Knowledge of XHTML/CSS will be preferred.
Required Skills:

Art/Drawing/Sketching/Creative Visualization/color sense
Photoshop, Illustrator/Corel Draw 
excellent communication skills
Hands on exp is must ,fresher’s also welcome
